Except where stipulated by law, we will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent.

  1.  We will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage the information safely.
  2. In order to prevent the loss, destruction, alteration, leakage, etc. of personal information, we will formulate appropriate information security measures against unauthorized access, computer viruses, etc. We will not divulge personal information through removal off-site, transmission to external sources, etc.

5. Disclosure, Revision, Cessation of Use and Deletion of Personal Information

With regard to requests from users for disclosure, revision, cessation of use, deletion, etc. of their own personal information, we will respond to the requests in good faith upon confirmation that the requester is in possession of the relevant rights.

  1. We have designated a Personal Information Protection Manager to implement appropriate management of personal information.
  2.  We train executives and employees on the protection of personal information and appropriate management methods to ensure the appropriate handling of personal information in the course of daily business as well as following retirement.

 

7. Establishment, Implementation, Maintenance and Improvement of a Personal Information Protection Compliance Program

In order to implement this Privacy Policy, we have formulated a Personal Information Protection Compliance Program (including this Privacy Policy, Personal Information Protection Regulations and other rules and regulations). We endeavor to familiarize Company employees and other related parties with it as well as to implement, maintain and continuously improve it.
